Ive been waiting for a phone that was more like a computer and as much as people love the iphone (with good reason), I have to say, it has nothing on the palm pre. Ok maybe more apps but give it time. The apps that the Pre does have are superior in looks and functionality.

To start with the calendar using synergy. I am connected to my facebook which automatically puts events I reply yes to on my calendar. It also will sync with my google calendar and all will stay updtaed together. Thats nice.

There is a Classic emulator that allows me to use any of my old palm treo applications on it, and I love having a raised keyboard. My itunes sync'd up and Pandora rocks on it. My Bluetooth headphones allows me not only to adjust volume, but also change tracks to the next and previous. The new iphone cant do that.

I love that all I have to do for anything is just start typing and it will pull up what I need.

I love having a task list again and love having the ability to open my AIM or Yahoo (yahoo through the emulator).

What more can I say but Im in love.

A few wants but not even close to deal breaker. Short battery life (which I understand they already have a battery that has a better life), and the keyboard is a bit smaller (but still easier than an iphone or touch screen keyboard).

On a scale of 1 - 10, Id give it a 9
