Last night I was chosen Mr Hayes Valley Leather 2008. What an event. I was complimented on my speech over and over by people who I didnt expect. I was told by many how proud they are of me. The only thing I can say back is thank you.

There arent enough words to describe, being announced, and walking on stage, to an entire room barking (and Im not exagerating). I cant begin to describe how grateful I am to have such a wonderful community to be a part of. The K9 Unit has offered so much support, as well as so many people who have accepted me in the comminity. So many friends who supported me, not just last night but along the way. Thank you isnt enough. Thank you to those friends who provided me information when asking about the contest (you men know who you are) and a really big thanks to my new family where I have felt so welcomed right from the beginning. The biggest thank you would be to David who has been VERY supportive and will be so supportive for the next year (and then some). You all are amazing. Thanks.
